SSM follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. By providing your email address or mobile phone number when registering, entering a free trial, or being added as a profile in our platform, you consent to receiving such communications from us or on behalf of the school or organisation you are associated with.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any promotional email we send
- Replying STOP to any SMS message
- Contacting us directly at info@sportsschoolmanager.com
Please note that opting out of promotional communications does not affect our ability to send you transactional or service-related messages (e.g., enrolment confirmations, payment receipts, document signing requests, or account security alerts).
